Adventure, advancement and intrigue continue to surround Frenchman Claude Martin in this sequel to 'Seeds of Empire' and 'Banners of the Sun'. It is the year 1781. Europe is aflame with war and Lucknow, India, is feeling its reflected heat. The English are losing in the Americas and running short of funds.
'Precipice of Power' is a saga of inspiration, the gathering of wisdom and an understanding and compassion for the human race—with all its faults. It tells how a foot soldier became a general, and a runaway schoolboy a prime minister, proving that anyone can reach great heights if they dare to traverse the precipice of power.
